Unless Texas Instruments has granted the seller a license to make and sell copies, the seller is clearly violating copyright laws. I believe eBay has rules about this.... http://pages.ebay.com/help/community/png-copyrighteditems.html

I've seen a xerox copy being sold on Ebay twice with the very same JPEGs each time. At least once was from Germany. I don't know why this guy is just offering one copy - he should make it a dutch auction with infinite units available! He should state how many megabytes the file is, so a person could decide whether to get the CD. |
