Post: #4

Anyone know a good reference for programming the hp 49gin RPN mode? I have tried the user's guide, advanced user's guide, and pocket reference and still cannot find much.

Thanks

Hi Troy,

Take a look at www.hpcalc.org. Lots of documentation and programs. They even have the HP48 AUR to download (16mb).

Another option is the books of Urroz (Science and Engineering Mathematics with the HP49G), see www.greatunpublished.com. Lots of practical programming examples.

Some of the best books are the HP48 standard manual and the HP48 advanced user guide.

You can buy the standard manual on it's own but it's only a little more expensive if you buy it with an HP48G!

HP should do an offer for the standard and advance user guides for the HP48 for owners of the HP49G wanting to program in RPL.
