Can the 20B or 30B be re-flashed using Windows XP Compatibility Mode under Windows 7? The flashing guide says that Windows XP and a serial port are required, but my only remaining computer running XP does not have a serial port (and it's a laptop, so I can't add one).

A USB adapter is working fine on mine. I have no idea if Windows 7 gets in the way.
