I just bought an HP11C on eBay and it arrived today. It comes from Australia. It's in great shape. However, where there should be a decimal, there is a comma and visa versa, where there should be a comma, there is a decimal.
Is this an Australian thing? Can this be reversed? or am I out of luck?
