ThinkGeek, purveyors of everything awesome, have resurrected the old Casio Calculator watch. $19 is a pretty good price. Of course, it doesn't do RPN, but it still brings back fond memories.
What I found hilarious, though, is the second picture in the item description. There was some recent discussion about just this thing, but I thought you all would appreciate the picture. Take a look:

I remember the "Zelda" watch when I was in 2nd grade. Man, I sooooo wanted one of those. . . :-)

Judging by the un-likelihood of a potential offendee seeing that ad and complaining, one can understand the risk they took in posting it. It is simply not as geeky as the U-Calc!

Casio have never stopped selling 4 function calculator watches.[ul]
Unfortunately they stopped selling the scientific model around 1987 or so.
Now if they bring that back, THEN I'll get excited!
They even still sell the exact same case that was used for the CFX-400 scientific model, so all they need is a new keypad overlay and firmware.

The uWatch2 is always an on-again off-again project. I just played around with it last night actually. Hard to make a decision on direction. I need my toes to count the design revisions! Keypad is always the sticking point.
The uCalc sits there ready to be fired up, it just need the firmware and the backing plate.
The blog is going strong. So well in fact that I can see it one day becoming a full time job...

Considering that HP has put their logo on all sorts of products that they've bought from other OEMs (e.g. Kinpo, Epson, Canon), I've often wished (and stated) that it would be great if HP would sell rebranded Casios but with HP firmware in them. Specifically, the Casio Scientific with RPN would make a terrific HP-02 (or HP-01C) with minimal NRE for HP and no risk for Casio - a win-win for both.
Casio already wrote the firmware for the algorithms, user interface, etc. decades ago so the customization would be minor.
Of course, my Android phone is easier to use for this than the tiny buttons on a watch - but I still want one...

Jim, I totally agree. Make a nice Casio variant with some RPN in it and I'm on board. They've done similar things (but not as RPN) before.

I actually had the exact Casio that Bruce linked to. It was handy when I was a TV-service guy back in 1992 and had to do miscellaneous calculations on the fly. I knew that this little "beauty" was always on my wrist.
Anyway if Casio or HP (?) ever starts a production of wrist watch calculators with scientific functions I gotta have one. If not for the high prices on Casio CFX's on E*** I would really like to wear one.
uCalc is really a fantastic piece of technology but just too big for the wrist. No wonder when it is developed by hand - certainly not to offend you, Dave. But HP should really consider a cooperation with Dave.
