Hi, All!
I hold an HP41C calculator.
After I hadn't worked with it for too years,
I tried to operate it, but only the start beep
works with 4 fresh batteries.
Best regards,
Tal

Hi; There are several reasons for this to happen. One of the major ones is "dirty" data. Sometimes, simply oppening the calc and short-circuiting both capacitors inside it is enough. One other reason is physical dirty, now in the batteries/IO assembly. This leads us to a question: do you know how to open the calculator? Are you ready to try? Let us know. (if you want to have a look first, go here just to know how to open it.) cheers. |
