I have my 19C apart. . .

#3

Hi I have my 19C calculator apart. My question is how do I make the little finger prongs line up so I don't smash them when I put it back together again?

The answer to your question is (even though it sounds really flippant) is... very carefully.

Mainly you have to make sure that all the pins are nice and straight and their heads are all properly shaped. Then hold it up to the light, very carefully align the two halves of the machine and mate them together. I have done around a dozen of these little beasties and have not found a sure fire easy way to do it, but they usually go together fairly smoothly.
