Make sure you have good batteries. Try resetting by holding the "-" key while turning it on. If that give you a "pr error" then you're good to go. Otherwise, take the batteries out, and short the battery terminals together for a bit (2 seconds to...I've done it as long as 30 seconds). Insert batteries back and try the reset procedure again.
