Proposed Additions to the DVD Version 7

I came across a collection of HP-80 Application Notes, and see that several are missing from the Current DVD and Planned Verstion 7 list . Is there a way to know if this publication stopped at #10 in the series?

I'll try to get these scanned soonest to send in. Likely re-scan the two that are already include so they are all consistent.
