It had better be personally hand assembled and signed by Bill Hewlett for that price!

That auction is not even close to being over. I don't read German (even with a last name of Grelinger), but it appears there are almost 3 days left to go.

And, the high bidder placed two more bids after winning high bid, who knows how much more he is willing to go.

What all is in this calculator. Obviously two 82181As, and it is accelerated (nice switch on the side). Does it have an MLDL built in? With 64K of quasi-ROM memory?

That would be quite a treat to own one of those.

In case you don't know, the W&W HP-41CY is _the_ ultimative HP-41,

with built-in 64K RAM box, consisting of two 32K pages and switchable via software.

And yes, this is an HP-41 calculator with 2x 32K MLDL RAM pages built-in.

It also features a turbo/speedup switch, which lets the unit run at 1.7x (approx).

According to the article description, the additional X-Mem and the CCD are not built-in, but given as separate modules.

The CY has been discussed now and then here in the hpmuseum. Please check the archives for more info.

And no, I don't know the seller.
