How to Open HP17BII +

I have 2 of HP17BII+, but both of them have keypad error. When I turn on, both of the calcýlator, language selection comes.. But I can't press any of the keys in first row of keypad...

may be I can open it and check what the problem is.

Any tips welcome..

Rather than opening it, why not have HP replace it under warranty?

They are not under any warranty... I thought someone opened it before.
