Nut processor opcodes

#2

I've been working on the Nut (in my case, Voyager)
processor and have created an opcode map similar to that done
by George Weigt for the Classic processor
(article).

The data is from Eric Smith's Nonpareil code.

It can be seen here.

Comments/corrections are welcome.

Well, I cannot correct anything (it's not in my power), but you've done a great job!
