Sorry -- the internals of the HP-32SII don't offer much hope in this regard. There is only one chip, and no obvious expansion capability.
You probably want to find an HP-42S, but they're widely sought, and the prices can be astounding.
Hey! HP! An HP-32SIII (that's "3") with something like 8K RAM would be a nice offering. 400 bytes just ain't enough! (I know the limited labeling capability built into the 32 models would realistically prevent any truly significant memory upgrade.) And it would help satisfy all those crazies out there looking for a new keystroke programmable, 4-level stack RPN machine . . .
