HP15C - Changing the radix format

I've misplaced my 15C manual and cannot figure out how to change the radix format. Currently it's in European style format where the comma is used instead of the period. This is driving me nuts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Start with the calculator off. Press and hold the ON key, press and hold the '.' key, release the ON key then release the '.' key. (From the FAQ)
