memory problem on HP48G

After renewing my programs via IR, i can't change the modes, cannot
open pregrams which names i see in HOME.
I did a soft and a hard reset, i renewed the batteries, but the
problem remains.
What to do or where to look ???

Can you give us more information?

Do you have any libraries installed? If so, then try purging them and doing another warmstart.
