HP41 ROM version numbers

Does anyone have a list of dates and/or serial numbers indicating which version(s) of the roms were being used? I have two HP41CVs, the 2224S- serial number has versions 0:G 1:F 2:F, and the 2414S- has versions 0:H 1:F 2:F.

PS: I burned the Service Module image on my PIC emulator (see one of my previous postings). It's really neat! For one of the tests, however, it needs a test module plugged into one of the other ports. I think that had just wiring in it -- no electronics. Does anyone have any information (or, better yet, schematics) for it?

I think one of the required service modules was just a standard 82106A memory module that had a pushbutton switch connected to the flag input (FI) line on the module so that that pin could be exercised. The memory chip was not used (but did help load down the 41C bus for worst-case testing). I think you were supposed to do the tests with modules plugged into all slots.
