82240B printer question

My daughter has acquired an 82240B printer without instructions, which she would like to auction off. Is there a self test she can do to confirm whether it works in absence of a compatible calculator?

Yep- just put batteries in it, and hold the paper feed button while turning it on. It should print out all characters.

If you have low batteries, the printer may miss some characters or hesitate.

So make sure you have good batteries installed.
