Christmas wish for HP 33S

#7

Hp, if you are watching this forum, how about giving us an HP33S Bronze edition, where the 33S would have the traditional bronze base with orange and blue secondary functions? I can live with the angled keyboard and small enter key. Just wishing.

Don't expect that wish filled by x-mas :)

This is a nice way to improve the calc w/o any hardware/OS changes. I like it, and I'd get one. I am currently sweeping through my first half of senior engineering finals with my 33s.

During the pressure of exams (constrained desk space) I have come to miss the stealthy feet of the 32sii. The 33s feet jut out a bit too much for my taste, but functionally, it is a solid calculator.

The blue-purple color selection is wretched to begin with (someone didn't study colors). Putting them on a light color background is catastrophic. HP is more than welcome to use my optimized color scheme if they wish to do so.

As for christmas... That's pushing things a bit. I wouldn't expect anything in under 3 months, possibly 6.

Would it be a big improvement? Yep.

Agreed, the current color scheme is very bad, but I think that ball was dropped back in the days of the 32SII. In my opinion, the color scheme is worse than the angled keyboard and small enter key. I can live with the green, but the purple is a disaster. I would like to know, why did the color scheme have to change? If I wanted something that looked like a toy I would have bought one of the offerings from TI.

Hi Brian. At this late date a new set of batteries is probably the best they can offer.

I was taking poetic license guys. It will probably never happen, and having it done for Christmas is an obviously no possible.
