HP-71B Development ROM from Erik Wahlin

What Erik calls a development ROM is furiously similar to the 71B end of my father's CMT Eprom Burner for 71B.
The main difference is that my father's have no writing on it.
The module like end is to plug in a port of the 71B, the eprom module is to be plugged on the other end.
There must be a cable starting from the socket, the cable go to the burner itself.
I don't think one can do anything whith this part unless to repair a burner.
