how weird and wonderful it is inside the woodstock. with those little connector fingers. unfortunately it doesnt appear possible to dismantle the keyboard. however there are small holes through which to see the back of the keycap making contact. presumably this is where dirt gets in.
i am trying to restore the keyboard to full function. most of the keys work, but those near the bottom, in particular the number 3 are not behaving. if i press really hard the key works, so i figure its a bad contact with the key itself.
does anyone have any suggestions. i thought about giving the keyboard a bath, since all the (other) electronics can be easily disconnected.
thanks for any help.
