request M.E. pac for HP-67/97 wallet cover scan

Dear friends, I have got the mechanical engineering pac cards for the HP-67/97.

The front cover is misssing but it would be easy to print it from a scanned image.

If you have this M.E. PAC, it would be so kind from you to post a scanned copy of the front cover of the cards wallet (taking it out from the plastic wallet, please).
