Changes to v1.05

  • legacy implementation of beep patch now use the new wave beeper engine
  • removed remaining parts of old wave beeper and PC speaker engines
  • added "auto extended addressing" mode in HPIL I/O processor simulation
  • fixed some issues around the "Activation follows mouse" option
  • fixed some dialogs had a wrong parent window reference
