The Daily view is now threaded

Some people suggested that it should be, so let's try it this way. Please let me know if you have a preference one way or the other.

The threaded daily view (even better than the chronological daily view), and the HP 45 microcode simulator are absolutely great. Thank you again and congratulations, Dave!

Love the new daily threaded view Dave. Thanks for all the work you've been putting into the site. It's noticed and appreciated. I like checking things here on a daily basis, and now it's so much easier!

Much appreciated Dave! I was checking the Forum once every couple of weeks... now it's easy to do daily. The threaded Daily view is absolutely a winner, IMO.
