Problems with an HP 9825A
#1

Hi to everybody,

I have just received an HP 9825A, as soon as I switch it on the display show a line of 8 and there the calculators stop. I have only a module for this calculator the 98217A - Flexible Disk Drive, but it does not work with or without this module. Any suggestion? Many thanks Fabrizio

Have you checked the keyboard for stucked keys? I had a similar problem with a 9825A with low-profile keyboard. It was a sticky key. Disassembling and cleaning the keyboard helped.
