HP19C paper path problems
#1

When I try to push thermal paper into a recently received HP-19C it seems to be blocked by something after the paper curves upward. Using SPC while pushing the paper does not help. I try to feed the paper of the HP19BII infrared printer cut to 1.5 inch into the HP-19C. Is this paper too thick? Are the screws under the feet located bottom right and top left while looking at the back of the calculator? How do I disassemble the printer to see if something is blocking the paper in its path?
