In my collection I found a tiny little golden box with the Hp number 82048A. I got it with a HP-01 watch as I remember. Is it true, that this is the box for the Battery door opener?

Yes, it sounds like it. The battery door tool was actually the back side of a holder for the three button cell batteries. The kit also included a replacement o-ring.
