Deceptive eBay Auction

Can anyone figure out which calculator you'll actually get if you win this auction? This guy appears to have a cheap 18C for sale and thought it would be good to sprinkle around the model number of the much better 19BII in the ad. Nothing but name dropping, it seems.

He shows the 18C and talks about how it is similar to the 19Bii. I don't see any deception. It's not written very well though.
