I'm trying to repair an old HP5326B timer-counter-DVM The problem appears to be a thermally unstable 1820-147 IC. I can see that it is an ECL device but I am unable to indentify it. Can anyone help ?

Have you looked at http://www.sphere.bc.ca/test/hpparts.html#cross They probably don't have ECL parts listed but you may need to look for something in the future. |
