In my HP-Prime was a shift to the left of all numericals keys [0], ... [9], this has a purpose or Manufacturing process error?

These are imperfections in the manufacturing process.

My labels for [9], [6], and [3] appear closer to the top of each key than all the other number keys. My [Enter] key has the word "Enter" also closer to the top of the key than shown in your picture.
