HP Prime available
#1

Just ordered the prime from PCSuperStore by 2 business day FedEx. They say that there are 403 in stock when I closed my order.

#2

Some other online sellers have them as well -- such as overstock.com and several associate sellers through amazon.com and buy.com (or racketball.com or whatever it's called now).

HP Prime is also available at Amazon!

hmmmm....samsoncables seem to have forgotten I placed a pre-order with them. no news from them.

#5

Still have to wait here in Switzerland. Pre-ordered one some time ago; availability expected for September 20...

#6

Not in the UK yet.

Just got a stock options pay out and there are no toys to spend it on :(

#7

Did they at least give you a tracking number so we know whether or not there is an actual calculator being shipped? As much as I would like to have my own HP Prime, I cannot help but be skeptical about the availability given some of the issues still be worked on.

Thanks!

Don't know that specific vendor as I have no info, but I know the first units are out there right now. I would not be surprised at all if that place has units and is shipping.

for sale also on e-bay....................

#10

Thank you for confirming, Tim. I guess I'll order mine now =)

#11

There is a wide spread in prices; rakuten.com (formerly buy.com) claims they have them for $109 with free shipping, most places have them for around $130, some with outrageous shipping charges, so watch out for those!

I'll wait for a couple of months for any early-adopter problems to surface and hopefully get fixed.

#12

Lol, within a span of just a few hours, the price (on eBay) jump $5.00 -- which is why I will be avoiding that particular vendor.

#13

Got one from eBay!!!!!! Wooooo hooooooooo!

#14

Me too (beachaudio.com)! Hopefully it will arrive before I leave for Ft. Collins...

#15

I am rather hoping they will be available at the conference. I have no rational basis for this hope, but there you go.

#16

overstock dot com has them for $122.99 with free shipping, but like you I'm in no hurry to get one. In fact, I'm not sure I even want one, since it lacks RPL programming, which comprises the entirety of the programs on my 50g. Also, I do very little graphing on my calculators, which seems to be the main benefit of the new Prime.

#17

You can never have enough of an awesome calculator. :-)

#18

Just ordered mine on Eric's site.
I just can't wait anymore :-)

Sampson Cables just informed me that they will be shipping my HP Primes on Friday of this week (20-SEP-2013).

Currently $121.99 free shipping at overstock.com:

HP Prime ($121.99 free shipping as of 9/18/13 @ 3:20 EST)

I don't know how long they will have free shipping. Nor do I know if this is for domestic (in the US) only. But just thought I'd share the low price with everyone. I just placed the order and have not gotten a tracking number yet, but I will update this post once I do.

Mine is on pre-order from The Calculator Store. No indication of a delivery date. It'll probably come along with the CD of music by Alma Dutscher.

(Was that a pig just flew past my window?)

#22

Just received mine. I paid for UPS Ground, but I got it NEXT DAY delivery; it arrived today.

Beautiful calc, Tim (et al) -- I'm loving it already!

#23

When I did a search on 'thefind.com,' just a minute ago, the price at Overstock.com was $342.00. But, when I went to the link for Overstock.com, the price was that $120+ amount. What gives?

Shhhhhhhhh.........David. You'll hex the HP Prime gnomes.
Perhaps there will be a store in Fort Collins that carries HP Primes?

#25

Hello there. This is very confusing: Why is it that other sellers carry the Prime but, HP doesn't sell them?

#26

I have been told there is a vendor with units that will be attending the conference (not Eric). Dunno anything more about that or whether it is completely true or not. If so though, I'd imagine there will probably be plenty available at the hotel the night before.

#27

No idea, Matt. I know that I only paid $121.99, though.

I just wanted to share with everyone that overstock.com just sent me the shipping information with a tracking number. I placed my order yesterday around 3:30pm EST and my unit is expected to arrive Monday.
