Setting time/date on HP01 watch

I don't have a manual for my HP01 and need to know how to set the time/date. I remember it's really simple, but I don't remember the key combination! me=dork.

If anyone knows, please pass the wealth of information on to me.

To set the time:

type in hours, colon, minutes, colon, seconds, then press the delta key (up-pointing triangle) and the "T" key. Time will start instantly at the new value.

To set the date:

Type in month, slash, day, slash, and 2 digit year, then press delta-"D"
