HP Forum readers --
Just thought I'd note that Valentin Albillo's most-recent post to this Forum was one year ago yesterday -- as it happened, just a short friendly comment to a reasonably plain post of mine:
Gelfond's Constant, epi
I think most of us would agree that few, if anyone, have contributed more discussion of substance to the group over the years. It should be acknowledged.

I may be seeing Valentin this next.
I know he's been very busy at work, and in the last year he seems to have lost all interest in HP calcs. But other than that, I believe he's just fine.
I'll report after seeing Valentin.

I second you on that!
ValentÃn is quite missed here, not only here but wherever he used to contribute his interesting articles, I think. I hope he is doing well.

I really appreciate that ValentÃn, a master at posing well thought out challenges, then took the time to respond to that my simple mini-challenge.
Best regards,
Gerson.
