Who manufactures this? A web search turns up no information about any company named "Epoq Multimedia". Epoq is product line of the Danish hearing aid company Oticon and a few other things, but nothing to do with watches or cellphones that I could find.

Very nice in deed ! I found one that is even closer to a calculator as it has a seperate keypad.
