He is an honest seller. I bought a calculator accessory from him many months ago. It arrived quickly and as described. Namir

Hi, yes, Hudenai's auction description and photos are as it should always be.
Even on that small picture you can clearly see,

What doesn't seem right is that if the buyer expressly wishes to do without shipping insurance and then the package gets lost, PayPal still takes the money out of the seller account to fully refund the buyer if he makes a claim since the package didn't arrive at the buyer destination (before you start your criticism again, I know what I'm talking about because it happen to me).

If you were straight with your comments, this is what you would do:
I already changed the auction to clarify that, I'm sorry to the others that had doubts, but since I say in the top that they only need to pay for the auction plus the shipping costs, I though it was clear that nothing would be added (not even the 1.35GBP, those are already included in the expressed shipping prices) besides that.
Have a nice new year,

Well, I think it's clear enough if you are not chasing ghosts and trying to find un-honesty were it doesn't really exist. Edited: 2 Jan 2007, 5:22 a.m.

Well, it's not you that will choose what I will or will not do with my auctions Sir.
I don't find it fair to make it required for everyone, since anyone that buys in eBay should be old enough to make their own decisions, and since the alternative shipping method (without shipping insurance) has a package tracking service, the buyer may be free no to choose insurance and go with the auction statement that says that 'if the buyer doesn't pay for insurance there will be no refund in case the package gets lost or damaged by the shipping company.

For interest, for an extra £1 to £1.50 you can get additional insurance of up to £200 to £400 depending on the destination from Royal Mail.

Quote: Well, I forgot to say, but the insurance I ask for (£3,40), it's also the one I have to pay. The problem is that this is not only insurance, the Portuguese postal services force me to choose signed personal delivery if I am to choose insurance, so in fact, £1,70 go for insurance and £1,70 go for personal signed delivery. |
