An odd tag - Matthew Riehl - 11-10-2000 I saw an HP-75 with a tag/plate on the front that says "HP 10833B". It looks like an offical Hewlett Packard metal plate (the HP is the standard HP logo). Anyone know what this means?

Re: An odd tag - Glynn - 11-11-2000 Hmmm.... this doesn't seem to make sense. I thought it might have had a plug-in module on the front, BUT the part number you say it says refers to a HP-IB (IEEE-488) cable, NOT a part that relates to the 75 computer.
Perhaps it is stuck on there by mistake, or to cover a scratch? :-)
