How do i access notes i've written with WinHP and sent to the HP 49G+?

I have tried to follow the documentation that comes with the calculator, and looked around on the net, but haven't found exact details on how to add a library 7 be able to veiw it

What's WinHP?

Why not just write the notes as character strings and transfer them to the calculator? Or if the "note" is an algebraic formula, write it as an algebraic object and transfer that. Any text editor should work.
