Re: problems with photosmart c200 - Richard Garner - 05-14-2004 If it is connected using a USB port, you may have to go into the CMOS to activate the port.
Re: problems with photosmart c200 - calin b - 05-15-2004 It is connected to a serial port. I have to serial ports available and both are enabled. What else I can do?
Re: problems with photosmart c200 - Richard Garner - 05-15-2004 Which COM port are you using and are you using an internal dial-up modem? Most internal modems are set to use COM2 and will also block COM4. It may be in conflict with you modem. Try moving it to COM1 if it is not already there and check all of the port settings in Windows as well as the software you are using.
