Fry's Availability of New HP Calculators - SV - 10-18-2003 I was at Fry's today and found the newest calculators: 12C Platinum, 17bII+ as well as the older ones eg. 39g, 12C, 30s, 10bII and even the 48gX!
They told me that the 49g+ will soon be stocked and was on its way....

Re: Fry's Availability of New HP Calculators - rsenzer - 10-19-2003 The Fry's in West Phoenix had 12C, 12C platinums, and hp17bII+s as well as 2 or 3 hp48gx models [made in Indonesia] in the hp cardboard boxes rather than the new plastic packaging. I was surprised to see the extent to which the platinums had the same form factor as the old 12c. This was not apparent [to me] from the pictures I had seen on the net.
On the other hand, the hp17bII+ has a form factor similar to the hp10bII, as has been stated previously on the board. Edited: 20 Oct 2003, 12:37 a.m.
