HP-41CX Pricing - Garrett Moore - 09-22-2003 The Museum of HP Calculators indicates that the HP-41CX was introduced in 1983 at a retail price of $325, and ended production in 1990. Does anyone know the HP-41CX retail price at the end of production in 1990?
Re: HP-41CX Pricing - Richard Garner - 09-22-2003 I bought my first 41CX in 1984 and it was about $225.00. I bought my second 41CX in 1988 and it was about $185.00. Both were bought from a mail order electronics store known as Elek-Tek out of Lincoln IL. In the early 1990's it changed its name to PC Electronics and as for as I can tell went out of business shortly there after.
