How do I access the flag 51 to disable the beep???

Put a 51 on the stack (5 1 ENTER) then SF (for Set Flag) and ENTER. If it's set, there's no beep. If it's cleared (CF) the beep's back.
The soft menu for the flags is TEST. You'll see SF, CF and also FS? which tells you if a flag's set or not (1=Yes, 0=No)
