The Lucky WP34S Cable - eri - 12-06-2013 The Lucky WP34S Cable. I have a WP34S cable that Paul Berger kindly gifted to me. It is my duty to now pass it on to the next lucky person and postage is free. This being the internet, I am obligated to warn you all that the cable must be forwarded on to the next user free of charge, or terrible luck will befall them!!
Cheers, PS: Here are some Real Life examples: CASE 1: Kelly Seedy had one wish, for her boyfriend of three years, David Marsden, to propose to her. Then one day when she was out to lunch, David proposed! She accepted. But she then had to leave because she had a meeting in 20 min. When she got back to her office she noticed on her computer she had e-mail. She checked it, the usual stuff from friends, but then she saw one that she had never seen before asking that she mail The Lucky WP34S Programming Cable on to the next needy user. She simply deleted it, without reading it. BIG MISTAKE!! Later that evening she received a call from the local police. It was regarding David. He had been in an accident with an 18-wheeler, he did not survive.

Re: The Lucky WP34S Cable - Walter B - 12-06-2013 Hi Eric, Great stories :-D - I love the third one best! If Pauli and I only had known what we did when starting our project.

Re: The Lucky WP34S Cable - Dale Reed - 12-06-2013 I made a WP-34S for my boss and never got him his own cable. Surely it would be lucky for him (and especially for me!) if he got a cable. Contact me by PM here on the forum if it is still available.

Understand this lucky cable is owned by the universe and is intended for temporary use. It needs to be mailed on once you're done with it.
Re: The Lucky WP34S Cable - madjack - 12-20-2013 Good morning everyone. I am electronics engineer and teacher at a university here in Brazil and one of my courses I would implement changes with my students in the wp-34s program. I already bought one with eric (hpcalc.org) but need the cable so that my students can implement their programs in the course. Someone possesses more than one cable that can sell us or donate to our university? Or if someone have the electronic diagram of it, we can create it. thank you very much.
Re: The Lucky WP34S Cable - Walter B - 12-21-2013 Bom dia, If you set your students to the WP 34S, you've probably got the printed manual already. Please check its Appendices A and H. There's also an old thread on this forum about Katie Wasserman manufacturing a serial flashing cable (I can't find it right now, but you'll find some willing students for searching it). Also Harald Pott may be happy about some requests for his USB boards. :-) The latter will solve the flashing cable problem sustainably. That's all I can think of right now. If you need more information, don't hesitate to ask on. Cumprimentos e Feliz Navidad! d:-)
