Just an observation. I think it would have been a better choice to have it Shift->Help instead of Shift->User as I think once one gets the hang of things, people will use the later more than the former. Leaving the round robin deal to stay stuck in User mode is a good idea. I think HP should have convened a key stroke club where they do common tasks and count how many key strokes it takes to do something and then optimize based on the data.
