HP 9885M disk drive - David Ramsey - 05-12-2013
I see there's a 9885M disk drive on TAS. I have the requisite ROM in my HP-9825, and the special cable is readily available. I even have a box of new 8" diskettes.
What I don't have is the special programs that came on a tape cassette with the drive. Since the programs are needed to do things like format a disk, it's pretty useless without them.
Were these just HPL programs? Does anyone know where I could find them?
