Hi:
I have a version of the Canon SX-320 (14 digit instead of 16). Its developed some memory problems. I believe the memory chips are Hitachi HD3543 chips.
Does anyone have a good source for pin-outs or know of a data book for old Hitachi stuff? This would have been manufactured around 1975.
