AC Power Adapter for HP 67 - Phil Hochstetler (Portland, OR, USA) - 12-01-2011 I have a mint condition HP 67 that is missing its power supply. Does anyone know where I might find one? I looked on ebay but did not find any for sale. This calculator has not been powered up in 30 years and was only lightly used prior to that time.
Re: AC Power Adapter for HP 67 - Michael de Estrada - 12-01-2011 Just keep in mind that you will also need a good battery pack to operate it safely and that probably the card reader drive wheel will need to be rebuilt. Edited: 1 Dec 2011, 11:40 a.m.
Re: AC Power Adapter for HP 67 - Phil Hochstetler (Portland, OR, USA) - 12-01-2011 Thanks. I did enough reading on the power supply to realize that if you try to operate it on the AC supply without a working battery, the voltage will rise high enough to damage things. Thanks for the heads up.
Re: AC Power Adapter for HP 67 - Dan W - 12-01-2011 The HP67 uses the same DC power supply as all the Classics. It is the 97 that uses an AC supply.
