Difference in design for 25 and 25c - exschr - 07-04-2011 I'm not interested in the user feature "continuous", I know it's the non-volatile memory, but the design difference in HW behind this:

Re: Difference in design for 25 and 25c - Marcus von Cube, Germany - 07-04-2011 The major step was the technology switch from PMOS to CMOS. The latter allows low power memory save as required by continuous memory.
