Happy National Pie Day - Mark Hardman - 01-23-2011 Flipping through radio stations this morning I caught a brief sound bite on NPR about today being National Pi Day. After a few minutes of background processing, my brain raised an exception that Pi <> 1.23. A quick Google search cleared up my confusion. Today is actually National Pie Day. http://wftv.zipscene.com/events/view/2835597-american-pie-council-national-pie-day-2011-orlando Lest Walter acuse me of being jingoistic, I must point out that this is National Pie Day in the United States. I'm sure other principalities celebrate pie on their own appropriate schedules.
