Max degree of polynomial a hp 50g can solve? - ferroburak - 11-25-2009

Hi,
I wonder maximum degree of polynomial a hp 50g can solve.

For example can it solve a 4th degree equation? Will this calculation have significant error?

Numerically, you can get all the digits for most polynomials up to a very high order. Symbolically, you will need to use programs to solve above order 2. In that case, there is no error.
