The tapes that came with my 9815 are degraded. Can someone make me copies, or upload them in some form that I could then download?

I've tried to make a copy of the "General Utility & Test Routines" tape (09815-10004) before without success. There seem to be some protected programs on that tape that can not be copied -- at least I can't figure out how to do that. If you can tell me how to make a copy of it please do and I'll send one to you.
