Was thinking of trying to find an Infrared module to use with my 41CX and 82240B printer...

Just wanted to verify that there is enough clearance for the IR transmitter module in the one "uncovered" slot when the card reader is installed in an HP-41 - is anyone using this combination? The IR module seems to be quite tapered so I am guessing it should work...

Yes, the IR module and card reader work just fine together. I've used them together frequently.
